1. About Shipping
We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible after your payment is successful. Generally, orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day if possible.

2. About express delivery or logistics
We default to sending Express by STO Express, and if the area is not covered by Express, we will default to sending by Post Small Packet. Shipping is charged by weight, and the default shipping fee on the website is for Express shipping.
Large goods are recommended to be sent by logistics, which is economical and practical.
Specify the logistics, logistics freight collect, after placing an order for logistics, please contact customer service to change the postage.
3. About the goods receipt
1. After the goods are shipped, we will try our best to help you track the shipment to ensure that you receive the goods as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery due to factors beyond our control.
Please understand that the speed of express and logistics control is limited. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for assistance.

4. Support 15-day exchange, non-quality issues do not support any reason for return
We promise to exchange the goods within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with the goods after signing for 15 days, we support exchange as long as it does not affect the second sale.
Exchange once, the round-trip costs for replacing the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The exchange service does not support exchanging activity products for products at the original price.

8. On the issue of determining the responsibility for the freight costs for the shipment exchange
A. For exchanges due to non-quality issues, the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
If there are any quality issues with the goods, the buyer will advance the postage cost for returning the goods. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the postage cost you advanced.
