• 1. Regarding size

• 3. Regarding after-sales service

   Please check the quantity and quality of the item within 3 days of receiving the goods. If any issues arise, please promptly contact customer service for assistance! No further action will be taken after this deadline. If the product is damaged due to shipping, please negotiate compensation with the logistics company. If the logistics company refuses to handle it, please contact customer service immediately and take photos of the damaged item to keep a record. The compensation will be issued together with the next order. Separate compensation for the damaged item is not available. If you request a separate refund for the damaged item, you must bear the shipping costs and the risk of damage during transportation. We will not assume any responsibility. Please be aware of this!

• 4. Regarding shipping

  Starting from 500 yuan per batch, if there is no direct logistics service from Yiwu or the transportation distance is too long, wooden frames will be required for shipment. A fee of 10 yuan is charged. Generally, about 500 yuan is required for each item; if the above conditions apply and you are not willing to pay the wooden frame cost, our company will not bear any responsibility for damage during transportation.
