1. Question: I would like to place an order with your factory. What is the minimum order quantity for each product? What price range will qualify for a discount on the payment?
Answer: Hello! The minimum order quantity depends on the product, which is 300 or 500 units. The pricing is more favorable for minimum orders of these quantities.
2. Question: What is the shopping process on this site?
Answer: First, you can contact our staff when placing an order on our website.
Secondly, you can discuss detailed information with our staff, such as specifications, manufacturing processes, and quantities. We will create a sample based on the design drawings, then place an order and sign a contract.
Thirdly, transfer the money to our designated account via a bank or Alipay.
Fourthly, after the payment is made, notify us via phone, SMS, or online customer service to verify the transaction.
Fifthly, once we confirm the payment has been received, we will be able to ship the goods.
3. Question: Can payment be made upon delivery?
Answer: The “delivery upon payment” policy applied for producing any products in this factory means we begin delivering the goods only when the customer pays the amount into the designated account. If you are concerned about not receiving the goods after payment, you can use Alipay for payment to ensure your payment is secure.
4. Question: I am worried about paying and not receiving the goods, or that the received goods have quality issues.
Answer: First, our factory has dedicated quality inspection personnel. If any quality issues are detected but not identified, penalties will be imposed according to the factory policies. As long as there are quality problems, we will handle them seriously.
Second, if we receive payment but do not deliver the goods, you can refer to the measures available on the website regarding our integrity guarantee fund.
Thirdly, we support Alipay payment, which is essentially cash on delivery. Are there any other concerns?
5. Question: Are all your products the same as those on the website? Could there be significant differences?
Answer: We all use real objects for shooting, and there is generally no difference.
6. Question: Who is responsible for the freight transportation costs? What happens if the goods are damaged during transportation?
Answer: The quotes do not include shipping costs; customers must pay the shipping fees when placing an order. For road express delivery with direct delivery to a city or SF Express, the shipping fee is paid upon receipt of the goods—you only need to pay the purchase price, and the shipping fee will be paid after delivery. For other courier services or postal services, the shipping fee must be paid in advance and sent together with the purchase price (the transportation cost is estimated based on the goods weight and mode of transport, but it shall be based on the actual amount incurred; any excess will be refunded, and any shortfall will be compensated).
If the goods are damaged during transportation, our company will be responsible and compensate according to the actual amount of the damaged items.
7. Question: When placing an order with your company, can products be returned or exchanged in case of issues?
Answer: If there are quality issues with the product, you can return or exchange it, and the shipping cost back will be covered by our company.
8. Question: After placing an order, how do I pay?
Answer: We have currently enabled the following payment methods: 1. 10. Question: When can the goods be shipped after the payment is made? When will I receive the items?
Answer: Our company arranges orders based on the payment order of customers. Orders shipped on the same day will be received within 2 days.
If you choose a courier company, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days (2 days in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai), about 5 days by road transport, and around 10 days via postal express service.
1.1. Question: What are the working hours of your company? And what are the working hours at the factory?
Answer: The company is open from Monday to Saturday (the factory operates from 7:30 to 22:30 daily).
