When the warehouse receives your order and actively prepares the goods for you, if there are any styles that are out of stock, we will immediately inform the customer service representative who is serving you. The customer will then contact you. Whether it's replacing the out-of-stock styles with similar goods, or not shipping them and processing a refund later, our customer service will always contact you by phone to get your consent before proceeding with any further arrangements.

  The information to be provided to the seller for invoice issuance:

       Ordinary invoice: 1. Heading (i.e., company name)

 2. Tax Registration Number

 3. Note: The item name, quantity, and unit price of the invoice.

   Note: Due to the tax invoice being a valuable item, to prevent loss, the tax invoice will not be sent with the goods. Our financial department will mail it to you via SF Express after the tax invoice is issued. If you have any other requirements, please consult our customer service.
