1. About the damage and lack of goods:

Product quality: There is a certain rate of defective products in street market supplies, with an overall rate of about 4%. 5% is within the scope of exemption. If the rate exceeds this range, we can handle exchanges or refunds. Please make sure to return at least 2 kilograms or a total amount of 100 yuan. Send by regular mail or standard logistics, and refuse to use courier services with payment on delivery. Include a return list in the return package.
More than 40% of the product images in our store are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual appearance of the products. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. III. About Returns and Exchanges

Exchange and Return: Please contact us within seven days for normal exchange and return, and ensure that the returned goods do not affect secondary sales. If the returned goods affect secondary sales, we will refuse to sign and take photos, and return the goods to the sender. The shipping cost within 7 days is self-funded and not discounted.

The defect rate of about 5% is within a reasonable range. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or you will have to pay for the return shipping. If you have any concerns, please do not purchase!!!

The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions.
