PE foam double-sided adhesive refers to a double-sided adhesive made by applying acrylic glue on both sides of a PE foamed substrate. The colors mainly include white, black, and gray. Common thicknesses are 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm. The foam expansion ratios are 5 times, 8 times, 10 times, 15 times, 20 times, and 30 times. Release materials include release paper (white, yellow) and release film (red, green, blue, orange). Applications include bonding and fixing in frame trim, furniture trim, car trim, wave plates, wheel arcs, flow barriers, brake lights, car badges, motorcycle signs, electrical nameplates, and strips. These adhesives possess excellent shock absorption properties, sealed cell structure, good sound insulation, heat insulation, moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and meet environmental protection requirements. They can be used as auxiliary materials in various industries including electronic products, electrical appliances, automobiles, communications, computers, toys, household hooks, sports equipment, plastics, hardware, etc. The common density range is 38°C–48°C, while special densities range from 50°C–80°C.
