About the issue of who bears the return and exchange shipping costs:

If the return or exchange is due to the following circumstances, the return shipping fee will be borne by the seller (please note that we do not accept any items with a 'collect on delivery' label! The shipping fee should be prepaid by the buyer, and we will refund it to you once you receive the goods).

1. Due to the negligence of staff, the wrong goods were sent.

2. Damage to the logistics company.
 

If the return or exchange is for the following reasons, it will not be considered a quality issue. The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer:

1. Invisible and washable dust and small stains (fishing gear products are tools, not crafts);
2. Self-repairable delamination and opening of the thread;
3. Exchange without reason;
4. All kinds of sensual reasons that do not match the imagination (such as color differences, dislikes, being larger or smaller than expected, hardness issues, workmanship precision, color difference in color, odd smells, measurement errors in size, and so on, all do not match the imagination in some way...)
  If the product is indeed defective (please indicate the problem with a sticker, and include a note with your Aliwangwang name, order number, and reason for return in the package), it must be sent to us in a timely manner. The returned product must not be used, modified, or repaired, and must not be intentionally damaged.
