Shopping guidelines

1. Products:

Our products are custom-made and available in a variety of colors. Color random delivery, if you want to specify the color, please call before the order. Customized product delivery time is subject to the communication time with customer service. Due to the large supply, it is normal for our store to be out of stock. If the goods you purchased are out of stock, we will inform you immediately. Products out of stock will be refunded.

2. Quality:

There will be a special department to pack the goods before delivery, there should be no quality problem, but it cannot be 100%. If the product does have its own defects, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt, and we will solve them properly for you.

3. Size problem: each commodity is measured to take the detailed size, and each person has different measurement methods. It is normal to have an error of around 2-3c M. If you later blame the seller for recommending the wrong size, I'm sorry, we don't accept returns for that reason.

4. Color difference:

The color difference is the seller is unable to avoid any network problems, causes a lot of color, such as different cameras, different monitor, different light and the environment, color difference is everywhere, after all, the machine is not people's eyes, we will try to reduce physical and picture color difference, can in no way as the color, the reason of bad review or return. If the color of the product particularly mind friends please carefully consider before shooting. 

5. Product exchange 

1). Please communicate with the customer service and explain the details before returning the goods, so as to track your return and timely deal with it.

2). The package of the product in question must be complete (please bring your own package, do not paste or write directly on the box of the product in the original factory).

3). We will try our best to meet customers' requirements for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style do not match will not be returned. 

4). For the goods damaged in transportation, it shall be submitted within 24 hours after receipt of the goods, and shall contact with the after-sales service of the company for registration. The remaining period shall be deemed to be in good condition.

5) the following conditions shall not be allowed: the returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or relevant information is not complete, the product is repaired or modified without authorization, the product is not used or stored in the normal way.
