Our factory each product is a wholesale product, only supply to dealers, wholesalers, not retail.

Because of the wholesale nature, the profit is low. The factory transactions will be paid to delivery: use alipay or online bank payment.

The products sent by our factory have independent exquisite packaging, and the outer packing is added on the basis of the original packaging to enhance the anti-pressure capacity. Although we have strengthened the protective measures, we still cannot 100% avoid the problems in the long distance transportation, such as scratching, bruising, extrusion and so on.

Our factory products have the basic amount of inventory, but because some of our factory products are hot-selling products, our factory adopts the 020 sales model, the order is more, so do not rule out some orders after the possibility of no goods, so the delivery period in two to three days is normal, we will try to arrange the early delivery. We will try our best to deliver the goods on the same day. Please kindly understand that part of the goods are not available within three days. If you want to place a large order, the delivery date and payment method need to be determined after negotiation with customer service.

Damage: damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our factory. However, we are obliged to make every effort to help the customer solve this problem. Our factory will use logistics double-layer packaging, cushioning, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of breakage. Please be sure to check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is wrong or the appearance is damaged, please ask the Courier to sign for confirmation.

Return without reason: in case of request for return or replacement, the customer must ensure that the package of the goods is in good condition, the product is not damaged without being used, and the second sale of the goods is not affected. (if the returned goods do not meet the standard, the site will charge 30% handling fee), no reason to return and replace the freight to be borne by the buyer.

The transportation is done by the third party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, the estimated transportation time we give you is for reference only, not as the content of the contract, nor as the reason for return.
