2 The buyer leaves the logistics required information before remittance: the recipient's name, receiving address, mobile phone (important), and the buyer will inform the factory of the amount of money and account in time after remittance. After the factory confirms the payment, the sales department informs the Factory Delivery Department to arrange delivery. After the delivery, our salesman will inform the buyer of the logistics company and the logistics order number in time so that the buyer can check the arrival of the goods.

3. Freight problem: because the volume and weight of the products purchased by the buyer are different from the geographical location of the buyer, the freight price is different. All products in this store are transported by logistics, and the freight is paid on arrival, if the buyer has suitable logistics and the factory is convenient to deliver, the shipping department can deliver the goods according to buyer's designation logistics.

4. Pick-up instructions
  the buyer takes the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods at the local logistics company. Please open the package in front of the transportation company's staff to check whether the goods are damaged or missing, if there is any damage or lack, please ask the transportation company or the delivery person to sign the instructions and tell us in time. If you sign and receive the goods without opening the inspection on the spot, we will consider that the goods are in good condition and there is no shortage. The buyer will bear the loss himself. For products that need wooden shelves, wooden shelves will be arranged, and then sent by the delivery department to the logistics company, when the buyer receives the goods, please pay attention to unpacking, especially for those packed on wooden shelves.
