This product is a specialized heat transfer paper designed for cotton textiles, suitable for printing patterns with ordinary aqueous inks (pigment or dye inks). It can be used to transfer photos and images to the surface of textiles containing cotton fiber materials, such as T-shirts, cultural shirts, pillows, cushions, mouse pads, handkerchiefs, and home decor. It features beautiful colors, softness, and durability.
1. Light-colored paper should be transferred using a high-pressure heat transfer machine, with a transfer temperature of 185°C (365°F) and a transfer time of 30 seconds.
2. For the first time using heat transfer paper, please print a transfer test sample first, and adjust the appropriate transfer conditions according to the test results before mass production.
3. This transfer paper is only suitable for transfer with a heat transfer machine. Please avoid using a iron to transfer the design, to avoid wasting paper and damaging the fabric.

Application Scope
Cotton or textiles containing 50% or more cotton, the higher the cotton content, the more firmly the adhesive will adhere; suitable for the production of personalized products, such as: T-shirts, hats, pillows, handkerchiefs, home decor items, and so on.
Equipment Requirements
Printers: Any standard color inkjet printers manufactured by reputable manufacturers can be used, such as: EPSON, CANON, HP, etc.
Ink: It is recommended to use special ink for heat transfer, such as pigment ink, if not required for water washing, you can also use ordinary water-based ink (dye ink).
Heat transfer machine: Please use a high-pressure heat transfer machine, the Korean-style shaking heat transfer machine is best, and it is not recommended to use multi-functional combined heat transfer machines or inferior brand heat transfer machines.

1. Mirror Printing
Print settings" should be selected as "Normal paper" or "Photo quality inkjet paper." Print both options are available. Also, make sure to check "Mirror printing" in the page layout. (If using a four-color printer, please select "Enhance image enhancement.")

- The mirror printing is complete, wait for the printed pattern to completely dry before transferring (at least 10 minutes later).
-Trim the image to remove any blank areas, leaving a 5mm border.
2. Transfer
- First preheat the transfer machine to the transfer temperature of 185℃.
- Place the transfer substrate with the pattern facing it, and transfer it under moderate or heavy pressure for 15-30 seconds.
- After transfer, lift the heat transfer machine, and both hot peeling, warm peeling, and cold peeling are possible to achieve the ideal transfer effect.
3. Washing
- Transfer after waiting for 24 hours, then wash.
- Wash the patterned side inside at a water temperature of 30-40°C or in cold water.
- Do not use bleach or very alkaline detergent, and avoid rubbing the transfer pattern too hard.
-Do not twist.
The main factors affecting transfer printing: temperature, time, and pressure.
Transtransfer temperature: For the Unewprint brand, the transfer temperature for light color transfer paper is between 185-200°C, and for dark color transfer paper, it is between 150-165°C. When performing the actual operation, it is necessary to adjust the temperature according to the actual situation of the heat transfer machine being used. (Unless it is a digital head-turning heat transfer machine, which requires a heat transfer temperature similar to that marked on the transfer paper). Generally, for straight pressure heat transfer machines, the temperature for light color transfer paper is between 190-200 degrees, and the heat transfer temperature for dark color transfer paper is between 155-165 degrees; and for head-turning heat transfer machines, the temperature can be lowered slightly (or not lowered). Therefore, I hope that all buyers will experiment with their heat transfer machines by setting several parameters to find a suitable temperature for transfer.
Transference time: The transfer time is the time it takes for the heat transfer machine to press down and then lift away from the item to be transferred. For Unewprint brand, the transfer time for light color transfer paper is generally 15-30 seconds, and for dark color transfer paper, it is usually 15-30 seconds. Similarly, we cannot provide specific parameters here, and transfer temperature also needs to be adjusted based on the initial settings of the heat transfer machine used by the buyer. Sometimes, customers may complain that their results are not as good as others, and it is very likely that the customer has followed the transfer parameters, but has not made necessary adjustments according to the actual situation. Different brands and models of heat transfer machines have slight differences in performance, so the same applies; we should also adjust according to the actual situation to achieve the ideal transfer time.
Transfer pressure: For Unewprint brand, lighter transfer paper is suitable for medium or higher pressure, while darker transfer paper is suitable for medium to medium-high pressure. As always, adjust as necessary based on your heat transfer machine to achieve the desired state.
