 3. Regarding transportation: For orders of less than 200 pieces, we usually choose to send by express delivery. Memory foam products are considered loose cargo, and most express delivery companies have strict requirements for the size of the parcel, so the products will be packed as compactly as possible. Upon receiving the products, you need to open the package to allow them to rebound. For orders of more than 200 pieces, we can choose some logistics companies to deliver.

 4. Regarding color difference: The store pictures are taken from the actual products. Due to differences in shooting light, environment, computer display screens, and individual understanding of colors, there may be slight color differences. Those who are cautious about color differences are advised to be cautious when shooting.

 5. About packaging: The product is defaulted to be packaged in OPP bags. If there are any other requirements, please contact the Alibaba customer service.

Memory foam care: Memory foam is not washable. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. It should be left in a shady place for 1-2 days every month.
