1. Demand customization

Our related products can be customized according to customers' requirements. You can use our existing styles or provide your own samples for customization. The company can design the overall effect diagram according to your modification requirements for reference.

2. Proofing confirmation

After the details such as packaging style, size, material and price are preliminarily determined, if required by the customer, we can provide the actual samples in advance before batch production (note: the company will charge a certain amount of proofing fees according to the actual situation. If it is finally confirmed, the proofing fee will be deducted from the contract payment), so that customers can have a more intuitive understanding of the product details.

3. Purchase contract

If there is no objection, double convenience can sign a purchase contract (our company has the contract style). Details such as product information, delivery time, acceptance criteria, and settlement methods will be marked in detail in the contract.

4. Payment form

Under normal circumstances, our company will charge 30% of the total payment as advance payment. The remaining customers need to pay in one lump sum before delivery, and the goods are collected by logistics.

5. Cargo transportation

Except for special instructions, the contract price does not include freight price. In special circumstances, customers can choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to their needs, and our company will arrange transportation on behalf of us.

6. Service tracking

Within seven working days after the completion of the transaction, our company will track and return the quality, delivery date and service awareness of the salesman of this batch of products to better provide customers with satisfactory products. We will win your trust and cooperation with high-quality products, reasonable prices and considerate services. If the customer has any objection to the goods within 30 days after receiving the goods, you can call us and we will solve it according to the specific situation!
