Rubber magnets are flexible, elastic, and can be wound. They can be produced into coils, sheets, strips, blocks, rings, and various complex shapes through extrusion, calendering, and molding processes. The surface can be covered with PVC sheets, copperboard paper, double-sided tape, UV oil, or printed and die-cut into various shapes.
The application fields of rubber magnets: refrigerators, message boards, fasteners for fixing objects to metal bodies for advertising, magnetic discs used in toys, teaching instruments, switches, and sensors. 5. The use temperature of soft magnet cannot exceed 80°C. Soft magnet can be pasted, coated, and sprayed. It can be cut arbitrarily, and ordinary scissors or wallpaper knife can be used.
6. Soft magnets are divided into homogeneous and heterogeneous types. Under the same size, the surface magnetism of heterogeneous magnets is about 20% higher than that of homogeneous magnets, and the price will also be much higher.
7. The magnetic force of all rubber soft magnets is not great (compared to hard magnets), and they generally need to be directly adhered to iron plates. If there is a thin intermediate material, it is possible, but the adhesion is not very reliable.
