B1510 Photocopy Stamping Machine Operation Steps:
1. Place the printed sulfuric acid paper with the front side facing up on a clean and dry exposure glass.
2. Cut the exposure film to the appropriate size and cover it over the sulfuric acid paper.
3. Place the appropriate-sized photosensitive pad on the exposure film, aligning it correctly.
4. Gently close the cover of the machine and tighten the clasp.
5. Turn on the power, rotate the exposure knob to the required parameters, turn on the power switch, and then press the trigger switch once to automatically expose the machine.
Exposure is complete, and the light-sensitive pad can be removed.
7. Oil filling
 Note: There are various types of photocopying stamp pads, and different pads require different exposure energies. In order to accurately expose all photocopying stamp pads, this machine uses a adjustable potentiometer, which is divided into 10 levels from low to high, which can all be exposed. (For the first time, it is recommended that users test the best exposure voltage value for the stamp pad with scraps. For example, the exposure voltage value for some domestic photocopying pads: for sulfite paper prints, 6-8 levels, for film prints, 4-6 levels). When the photocopying machine trigger switch is pressed, it will begin to charge. When the voltage reaches the required exposure voltage of the stamp pad, it will automatically complete the exposure.
