Sample Description:

1. Only when we have a clear and specific order intention (including product model, quantity, and printing requirements) can we provide you with related product samples. Due to the limited inventory of samples, we regret that we cannot establish gift websites or store samples for customers to choose for newly established gift companies, or for customers to place bulk orders for product samples. Please understand.

2. For those who request samples from our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, the decision on whether to charge for the sample will be made according to the situation.

3. After the formal contract is signed, if the sample fee charged previously will be used as the payment for the ordered products, which means that the samples are provided to you for free.

4. After our company receives the relevant payment, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.

Customization Instructions:

1. About the prototype:

The product samples must be charged accordingly. The sample cost will be refunded once the quantity reaches 10,000 after the official order is placed. The time spent on sample production does not count towards the production deadline.

3. Shipping Time
We usually have stock for wholesale and supermarket orders, and we can ship the next day after receiving the payment. For export orders and gift orders, the production schedule will be arranged according to the specific requirements and quantities of the customers. Section Four: About Packaging
The products you ordered are household goods, which are mostly packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The individual products are usually packaged in OPP bags. The logistics charge is based on the volume of the packaging, as the products are relatively light, so the volume is the standard for calculation. For specific charges, our company can help you inquire about the logistics transportation costs.

1）、 The buyer is responsible for their own transportation or we can arrange it for you. The transportation costs are the buyer's responsibility. You should know that there is no uniform freight standard in the transportation industry. Their fees generally vary according to the distance and the condition of the goods, different times, and different goods. There is a certain difference in the charges of the station, which mainly depends on the number of vehicles available on that day. As our customer, we will compare the goods with three different companies to help you choose the most economical and secure freight station. After the shipment, we will inform you of the goods' tracking number and contact information in the most convenient way.

2) When the goods arrive, it is generally necessary for the buyer to go to the local freight point to pick up the goods themselves. If delivery to your door is required, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee.

Section Six: About Receiving and Signing

All products are shipped only after careful inspection. Please inspect the goods in person when you pick them up to ensure the protection of your rights. Before signing for the delivery, please carefully check the quantity and product model. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. If there are any damages during transportation, please claim directly from the freight company. (Please ensure that you open the box to inspect the goods when you inspect them. If you sign for the delivery without careful inspection and discover damage caused by transportation, the freight company will refuse to compensate, which may lead to unnecessary losses for you.)

Section 7: About After-Sales Service

     Plastic products are low-value-added and low-priced consumables, so we do not accept returns for any quality-related issues once the product is sold. Our factory does not provide unconditional return services (the terms for foreign trade orders and gift orders are subject to the actual contract).

Plastic products are fragile items and it is inevitable that they will break during transportation. Generally, logistics companies promise that the breakage rate on the road is less than 3%. Our factory offers a free replacement service for damaged goods, not exceeding 6% of the total quantity of goods. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. It is recommended that wholesale merchants accumulate several times of replacement goods to reduce the cost of freight. The replenishment can be sent together with the next batch of goods. For damaged parts of the gift list, due to its special nature, it can only enjoy the free replacement service when the order is reversed.
