Satin Ribbon Printing Customization Process

Without actual samples

1. Plate-making Stage: Please send vector files (such as AI./PDF./CDR.) to our customer service personnel, and provide detailed requirements: font, font height, spacing, number of colors, etc. Our designer will arrange the layout, and after the design draft is completed, it will be sent to the buyer. The buyer confirms the font, font height, spacing, and whether there are any omissions (very important: because once the plate is determined, the pattern cannot be changed for printing). If the buyer confirms there are no problems, the next step will be taken.

Second, the prototype stage: selecting materials (ribbon/polyester/satin/yarn/guest sample materials), and determining the ribbon color.Color card selection of color numberPlease provide the color sample of the goods as required, and we will send out the sample; If it is very urgent, you can send the sample photo directly (please choose carefully, if the quality and color requirements are not strict, you can choose this way); After the material of the product is selected, the color of the ribbon and the printing color are determined, the printing sample fee can be arranged to arrange the printing sample, and the printing sample will be sent to the buyer after completion;

2. Confirming the bulk order sample: After the buyer receives the sample, they should carefully identify the color, craftsmanship, and specifications. If the version is not satisfactory, it can be re-published (with an additional plate fee). If there are any modifications needed, please contact the customer service to confirm again. Once the bulk order sample is confirmed without any errors, it is considered confirmed.

3. Large-quantity orders: After confirming the sample, the contract is prepared (including quantity/size/packaging specifications/color/delivery date/shipping method/payment/freight). Once the order is confirmed, the product is purchased on Ali's store by paying the full amount or transferring a 30% deposit (for special custom-made products, the full amount is required). After the deposit is received, the production schedule is arranged. The production cycle depends on the order quantity and production arrangements, and it usually takes 5-7 days. The production cycle is a rough estimate. We usually try to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order;

4. Completion of shipment, the process follows our usual shipping methods, refer to the Buyer's Guide.

When there are actual samples

3. Large-quantity orders: After confirming the sample, the contract is prepared (including quantity/size/packaging specifications/color/delivery date/shipping method/payment/freight). After confirming the order, the product is purchased on Ali's store by paying the full amount or transferring a deposit of 30% by bank (for special custom-made products, the full amount is required). After the deposit reaches the account, the production schedule is arranged. The production cycle depends on the order quantity, difficulty level, and production arrangements, and is generally 5-7 days. The production cycle is a rough estimate. We usually try to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order;
