II. About sample fee

No matter for retail, wholesale or gift order customers, we do not provide samples for free. If you really need to sell samples at a price of 20% higher than the actual retail price, you can make up the sample price difference after confirming the order.

III. Product quotation

The price of the products of our firm has been quoted at the most advantageous ex-factory price. Generally, the price on Alibaba's website is the main price. IV. Payment method:

Your payment and freight can be paid by bank transfer, online payment (agriculture, labor, construction, middle), etc. Please inform us in time after remittance so as to arrange it quickly, the payment will be delivered on the same day or the next day. If there are too many orders, we will try our best to arrange them within three days. We also support Alipay instant transfer payment method, which is more convenient and fast.

V. Delivery time

After the customer pays the payment order, we will arrange the goods immediately and deliver them within 1-3 days. Because orders need to be prepared (some products may be out of stock and need to be produced), please order in advance as much as possible according to the actual situation, so as not to arrange immediately when in urgent need, which will affect your business development. VI. Freight selection/express delivery method

VII. Receiving standards:

1. When the buyer picks up the goods, please check the goods carefully in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation in person. 2. All products of our factory are shipped only after strict inspection. Because they are plastic toys, the qualified rate of factory quality assurance is over 97%-98%. 2%-3% has unpredictable problems, which are within the scope of exemption.

3. Since our delivery companies are all logistics companies, and logistics companies are all transported by trucks, there will be very few losses during normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please buyer's designation the logistics you need, the transportation company, due to the transportation of crushed toys and other situations, we do not bear the insurance of the transportation party. We recommend that you buy insurance during transportation. The normal handling fee is 3%-5%. Please check the goods carefully before picking up the goods.

VIII. After-sales service

The buyer is responsible for the return freight for products with quality problems that need to be exchanged above, after receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together when the customer purchases the product next time (we cannot accept the situation when the product is delivered together next time, and the freight will be borne by the customer!)

If problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility, if within the scope of our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer.

Special products shall be handled according to relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and customers.

IX. Exemption clause

1. The goods are produced and shipped by customers. Generally, the products are mainly made of plastic materials and the packaging is paper materials. During the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may be damaged by transportation (for example, some are slightly scratched by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed). For this, we will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of damage events. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.

2. Our toys are cheap and good. They are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods. They are not good materials.
