人工吹制时使用长约1.5m中空铁吹管，一端蘸取玻璃液（挑料），一端为吹嘴。挑料后在滚料板（碗）上滚匀、吹气，形成玻璃料泡，在模中
吹成制品；也可无模自由吹制，最后从吹管上敲落。大型制品成型时，需反复挑料滚匀，以集取足够料量。
【温馨提示】：由于玻璃工艺品的瓶体均采用人工吹制，会有少数气泡，但气泡均在国家颁布玻璃行标的范围之内。气泡和水泼纹是辨别人工和
机制玻璃工艺的重要标志，也是人工 收藏的重要证据。可以这样说，人工吹制的玻璃器皿是工艺品。而机器吹制的玻璃器皿是工业化的产品。
