2. Lift the gravity balance plate with the mesh frame (the machine is equipped with 2 balance frames and 6 gravity balance plates, which can be installed individually or more according to the balance needs) and move forward and backward 100mm according to the needs; If the weight of the screen frame is too large, the hole on the top of the balance frame can be added with gravity. The middle of the balancing frame is equipped with a handle to adjust the lifting height of the screen frame. The lifting height of the screen frame can be adjusted according to the need.

3. Printing table size is 600*450 mm; Table with scale, can accurately locate the placement of substrate;

4. The machine head can be adjusted by the rear supporting screw screw and handle, which can be lifted up and down 180mm; Suitable for all kinds of plane printing products within 180 mm in height;

5. The platform can be fine-tuned within 20mm by four adjustment handles; During fine-tuning, loosen the handle on one side and push the platform to move slightly with the handle on the other side; After adjusting the positioning, tighten the four handles on both sides and fix the platform plate.

6. Adjust the front and back of the platform; The front of the table can be adjusted by the handle forward and backward to move the table plate accurate alignment.

7. Equipped with 8 positioning blocks, the positioning blocks are directly pasted on 2-3 sides of the substrate already placed, which can accurately fix the substrate at a specific position, ensuring accurate positioning and printing of all the substrate. (The positioning rubber sleeve can be removed after use and then used again. There will be no glue left on the table. After poor adhesion, it can be cleaned with water and used for thousands of times.)

8, the main body of this machine adopts advanced electrostatic spraying metal surface treatment, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to clean, no rust, can use for a long time; Some parts of stainless steel materials.

9. The machine adopts split structure, equipped with a full set of installation tools and detailed installation instructions; Users can easily install without additional tools.

10. Carton packing is adopted in export European and American standard. All metal parts in the carton are individually packed or placed in isolation to ensure that all metal parts do not touch directly; The empty parts of the carton are filled with foam sheets or bubble bags to ensure that the carton will not be deformed during transportation and prevent damage to the machine parts in the carton.

Ii. Product Use:

It is suitable for printing all kinds of planar products, such as electronic circuit board, carton, glass, wood board, metal board, signage, plastic board and other materials with certain weight.

It is not recommended for cloth, ribbons, ribbons (for example, the surface of printed cloth needs to be coated with scratchpad glue), paper, thin plastic sheets and other light materials (these materials are too light, after printing, the net frame may be stuck together with the back of the net plate after lifting and cannot be removed, resulting in waste)

For lighter materials such as paper, thin plastic sheets, suction screen is recommended;

It is recommended to use a screen printing table with scratch-pad for printing cloth, ribbons, ribbons and other textiles.

Iii. Applicable screen frame:

The machine is suitable for mesh frames made of various materials with an inner diameter of 450mm wide, a length of 600mm and a thickness of up to 50mm. The recommended printing area is 400 mm wide and less than 520 mm long.
