The maximum printing height of the machine is 270 mm, and the arc length is less than 380 mm.

The machine adopts the printing screen frame height positioning structure, the front is equipped with parallel placement plate, the whole machine is firm and stable in the printing process. Printing materials or tools such as ink bucket can be placed on the rear horizontal board of the main engine.

Two, the printing plate frame USES the spring to pull the lifting device, with the flower basket screw can adjust the lifting force of the plate, the lifting Angle of the plate frame can be controlled by adjusting the knob, the operation is more simple and easy. After installation, the spring tension on both sides of the machine should be as consistent as possible, otherwise it may cause distortion of the printing screen frame.

Third, the installation and removal of screen frame is simple and convenient. Just put the screen plate into the back support plate from under the printing screen frame, then put the screen plate into the front support plate and tighten the fixing screw of the screen plate. (Limited to the design requirements of the machine, the screen plate of the machine must use the screen frame with an outside diameter of 560*410 mm and a height of less than 30 mm.) Two screen frames are attached to the machine.

Method of screen installation

1. Put the screen frame into the rear support plate under the installation table

4. The front and back sliding of the screen frame USES 6 sliders connected with the optical axis, making the push-pull operation easy and smooth.

5. The sliding distance of the screen frame can be controlled by the positioning ring on the optical axis; The user can lock the positioning ring after adjusting the position of the screen pattern and the placement table of the substrate. The specially added impact rubber ring is placed between the positioning ring and the slider, which can prevent the slider from directly contacting the metal positioning ring during the sliding process of the screen frame and prevent the sound of collision between metals. At the same time, it also protects the metal parts.

The printing squeezer stand and the return ink squeezer stand are double-board clamped, which is convenient for installation and dismounting. Springs are attached in the middle of the screws connecting the two sides of the main frame with the frame. During the printing process, the pressure of the printing squeezer and the return ink plate can be adjusted by micro-motion according to the needs.

Installation method of scraping strip and return ink strip

1. Open the scraper mounting plate

The screen push-pull handle can be installed vertically or in parallel according to the operator's needs.

Eight, the substrate placement table USES the knob lifting and locking structure. The substrate placement platform can be controlled by the lifting handle under the platform. First loosen the knob on both sides of the baffle, and then tighten the locking knob on both sides of the baffle to stabilize the lifting platform at this height. Whether the height of the substrate placement platform is consistent can be adjusted by the concave teeth on both sides of the baffle.

9. The bottom of the substrate printing frame is designed to be movable around and around. Three long aluminum strips at the bottom are installed on the lifting platform.

10. The mounting strip of the substrate placement rack can be moved forward and backward by 140mm. In order to move as accurately as possible, parallel movement can be carried out according to the concave teeth on both sides of the placement table.
