This curved screen printing machine is mainly used for printing cylindrical, conical type products with diameter below 170mm.

The machine adopts left and right push-pull structure; The installation parts can be adjusted according to needs, suitable for left hand or right hand for easy operation; Suitable for printing height of 200mm; Within 150mm in length; Suitable for all kinds of screen plates with an outside diameter of 260*450 mm and a thickness of 35 mm.

Second, the machine adjusts and locates the height of the rear main frame, and the rear main beam is adjusted up and down by adjusting the screw of the vertical column according to the height of the substrate. The upper and lower adjustment range is 200 mm. It can print cylindrical, conical type products within 170 mm in diameter.

The printing frame of the substrate is designed to be movable around and around. The three fixed aluminum strips at the bottom are directly mounted on the base, and the aluminum strips can be moved around and around by 290mm. Both sides for the substrate placement rack installation strip, the middle for the substrate positioning rack installation strip. The three mounting strips can be moved left and right as required and are positioned in the 19 U-shaped holes before and after the base (each hole is spaced 15mm apart) to ensure accurate positioning of the mounting strips.
Shift of installation strip: loosen the two screws of installation strip, push the installation strip to the long hole in the back of the machine, move the installation strip left and right. After reaching the appropriate position, pull the installation strip to the fixed U-groove and tighten the two screws to complete the positioning.

Seven, the net frame is equipped with a special handle directly fixed on the net frame, two installation methods, can be installed in the upper part of the net frame, can also be installed on the side of the net plate, push and pull convenient and fast, the handle can be arbitrarily fixed in any part of the net frame, the upper red handle and the front baffle fixed net plate, ensure that the net plate firmly fixed on the handle. The handle is suitable for a variety of screen frames within a thickness and width of 35 mm.

8. The scraper frame is used to fix the scraper with wooden handle with self-tapping wire. It is suitable for the scraper with wooden handle within 200mm in length. The frame can be moved about 250 mm according to the position of the screen pattern.

9. Positioning of the moving distance of the screen; Both sides of the optical axis are equipped with positioning ring and anti-impact apron, which can be adjusted to the appropriate position according to the size of the pattern. Anti-impact rubber ring can prevent the abnormal noise from metal collision and protect machine parts.

3. Adjust the position of the substrate printing frame and roller bearing, place the substrate, and the spacing between the top of the substrate and the screen plate is 1-3 mm; Align the top of the substrate with the bottom of the scraper;

4. Adjust the positioning knob of the screen distance according to the size of the pattern;
