It is not suitable for the printing of cylindrical or conical type products with large depressions or bulges on the printing surface, and non-plane such as pitting points on the printing surface.

This curved screen printing machine is mainly used for printing cylindrical, conical type products with diameter below 170mm.

I. The machine adopts a push-pull structure; Suitable for printing width of 200 mm; Within 250mm in length; Suitable for all kinds of screen plates with an outer diameter of 280*450 mm and a thickness of 40 mm.

Second, the machine adjusts and positions the height of the rear main frame. According to the height of the substrate, the rear main beam is loosened by adjusting the connecting screw between the main frame of the screen board and the rear (no need to remove the screw), and then it can be moved up and down to the appropriate position in the air. The upper and lower adjustment range is 160 mm.

Third, the printing frame of the substrate is designed to be movable around and around. The three fixed aluminum strips at the bottom are directly mounted on both sides of the base, and the base of the aluminum strip can move 300 mm forward and backward. Both sides of the aluminum substrate placement rack installation strip, the middle of the substrate positioning rack installation strip. Three mounting bars can be moved left or right as required.
Aluminum strip installation shift: Loosen the two screws of the installation strip, move them to the appropriate position, and then tighten the two screws to complete the positioning.

Four, using three sets of substrate to place the roller, respectively for the metal bearing roller (diameter 19 mm); Nylon bearing roller (diameter: 25mm); Plastic bearing roller (diameter: 50mm) which can be replaced as needed. Three rollers can be installed on both the main frame and the accessory frame.
The bearing mounting bracket is fixed directly in the aluminum strip mounting hole and can be moved up to 110mm according to the substrate width. 4 additional mounting racks, remove the bearings from the original mounting racks and fix the additional mounting racks directly on the main mounting with screws, mainly used for printing cone type products. Additional mounting bracket can be moved up and down 20mm.

Five, the net frame is equipped with a special handle directly fixed on the net frame, two installation methods, can be installed in the upper part of the net frame, can also be installed on the side of the net plate, push and pull convenient and fast, the handle can be arbitrarily fixed in any part of the net frame, the upper red handle and the front baffle fixed net plate, ensure that the net plate firmly fixed on the handle. The handle is suitable for various mesh frames within a thickness and width of 40 mm.

Six, the gravity plate at the back of the machine can automatically lift the printing screen plate, equipped with two gravity plates, which can be adjusted and installed to achieve balance according to the gravity of the screen part. Heavy weight in the front can be added to the gravity plate.

Seven, the support frame on the net frame can control the Angle after lifting the net frame, the lower support frame according to the height of the net plate to adjust, place the net plate to reach parallel, prevent the front of the net plate to fall and damage the net plate. Both supports can be adjusted up and down as needed.

Eight, the scraper frame USES the tapping thread to fix the wooden handle scraper, suitable for the length of the wooden handle scraper within 200 mm. The frame can be moved about 250 mm according to the position of the screen pattern.

9. Positioning of the moving distance of the screen; Both ends of the two optical axis are equipped with positioning ring and anti-impact rubber ring, which can be adjusted back and forth to reach the appropriate position according to the pattern size; Anti-impact rubber ring can place the abnormal sound from the collision between metals to protect the machine parts.

X. Usage (for reference only)

1. Install the screen plate and adjust the support under the screen plate to the basic level of the screen plate; Install the screen frame and pull the handle;

2. Install the scraper and adjust it to be fixed 1-2 cm away from the pattern;

3. Adjust the position of the substrate printing frame and roller bearing, place the substrate, and the spacing between the top of the substrate and the screen plate is 1-3 mm; Align the top of the substrate with the bottom of the scraper;

4. Adjust the positioning knob of the screen distance according to the size of the pattern;

5, the screen into the ink;

6. Hold the scraper with your left (or right) hand; The right hand (or left hand) can pull the handle on the screen frame to print.
