SPE- special coating and washing emulsion rack is specially used in coating photosensitive emulsion for the flexible cambered screen plate used in the printing machines such as hats and masks produced by our company. It can also be used in washing screen plate after exposure .

The surface of the screen plate used stainless steel material is only 1 mm thick, the edge is only 15 mm wide, relatively soft, according to the traditional way coating the emulsion can not ensure it smooth and even.

The two kinds cambered screen plate produced by our company inner size is 100*190 mm (outer size is 130*200 mm). 100*240 mm (outer size is 130*250 mm) ,the cambered screen plate and the coating rack fit closely, to ensure that the screen plate is not bent, the whole screen is a flat state, it can achieve the same operation as the traditional coating photosensitive emulsion.

At the same time, the screen plate after the washing and coating will also cause bending and deformation, fix the cambered screen plate on the rack, user can effectively solve this problem.

Two ways of fixation: cambered screen plate can be fixed on the coating rack by screws,users can also use the fishtail clip to clamp the frame around the coating rack.

The fixed frame of the screen plate can be adjusted to 45,58,66,78 degrees, depending on the user's habits.
