1. After unboxing, check all parts first. If any screws become loose during transportation, reinforce them again. Turn the chassis by hand to see if it moves smoothly; otherwise, adjust the rotating belt.
2. After determining the location for placing the machine, install a knife switch or pull-chain switch on the wall beside the machine.
3. When slaughtering chickens and ducks, make sure the knife cut is as small as possible. After slaughtering, place the birds in warm water (around 30 degrees Celsius) for a moment to warm all the feathers. It is best to add some salt to the water to prevent skin damage during feather removal.
4. Place the soaked chicken and duck in hot water at around 75 degrees Celsius, and stir with a wooden stick to ensure even heating throughout the body.
5. Place the cooked chicken or duck into the machine; 1–5 pieces can be added at a time.
6. Turn on the toggle switch, start the machine, and add water to the poultry while it is running. Hot water is preferred. The feathers and dirt removed will flow out with the water, and the water can be reused. The feathers are cleaned up in just one minute, along with all surface dirt on the body.
