Rubber scissor is a cost-effective tool now widely used in different industry , especially in hardware tool industry .And in screen printing industry it is mainly used for cutting of rubber blade .

Rubber blade used in screen printing is mainly made by PU material , we can choose different hardness and shape of rubber blade according to different fabric , accuracy of printing pattern and printing methods .The hardness of rubber blade means the surface hardness , unit is shore , There is 60 shore , 65 shore , 70 shore , 75 shore , 80 shore , 85 shore . The cut section shape has right angel ,sharp angle and so on . and rubber blade specification has 50*9mm ,40*7mm , 25*5mm three type , This scissor can cut all rubber easily and leave the cut surface smooth and flat .

Operating process:

1.Turn on the switch.

2.Measure the rubber blade length we need , find out the cutting position and then put it on scissor .

3.Cut with smooth and flat edge.
