Mesh is the support fabric for screen printing ,as a fabric choice , polyester fibers have already replaced traditional silk .it has the character of tensile strength, elasticity effect , anti-chemical , wear & heat & moisture resistence , polyester fiber made of single yarn with precise diameter is a fabric processed by high temperature .mesh count is the mesh hole number per square inch , the count unit is T (thread ).
mech count indicate the density between silk to silk , the bigger count , the denser , the smaller hole . Otherwise the smaller count , the sparser , thebigger hole , for example 180mesh /inch , means 1 inch have 180 mesh yarn , the smaller hole , the more difficult for ink to go through the mesh . the bigger hole , more easier for ink to go through , so we need choose different mesh according to different ink and paste.

For color paste ,bronzing paste ,flocking paste , use under 80 mesh ,and 80-120mesh for waster based ink and 160-180mesh for oiliness ink print plastics , metal , glass and other high resolution product.
