Shipping Time:

Due to regional factors, most shipments require transit. If the customer specifies a shipping agent, the goods will be delivered directly to that agent; otherwise, we will find a shipping agent for you, and the shipping cost is based on cubic volume, with different rates in various regions.

Regarding delivery acceptance:

Please try to sign for the delivery in person. If that is not possible, please inform the proxy: check the goods first before signing for them. If the courier does not cooperate, you can sign the receipt first, hold the delivery note in hand, and say that the courier should also provide proof—to confirm whether the items sent match what is on the note. (For example: “If the seller sends a package of stones, I definitely cannot accept it; in this case, the courier will not try to avoid it anymore.”) After reviewing the goods and confirming there are no issues, return the delivery note to the courier. If there are any damages, simply cross out the name on the note and return it to the courier—this is a refusal to sign, which is a normal process for receiving goods. However, if it is a minor issue that does not affect use, you can contact us directly by phone while the courier is present, then contact customer service via Wangwang. We will handle it properly. If signing is confirmed, it is considered a complete acceptance of the goods. If a family member, friend, or security guard signs for you, it is considered a signature by the person themselves.
