3 Maintenance Center - The maintenance center is open from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. You can call at any time to inquire, and we can also answer your questions over the phone. If you are overseas, you can send us an email, and as long as you provide pictures, we will promptly send you the original parts you need by courier. Section Three: Maintenance Services
Customer Repair Support - When you call the Yousheng after-sales service center, an after-sales engineer will begin the relevant service within 24 hours and assist you in locating the fault. ● Warranty Service - After-sales personnel will first contact the customer by phone to inquire about the fault phenomenon and judge the source of the fault. If necessary, we will send the required parts to the customer; if we cannot solve the problem over the phone, we will arrange for technicians to go to the site to assist the customer.
● Non-warranty - The non-warranty includes the following items:
Incorrect or improper use of the product leading to a failure, or the failure occurring outside the warranty period.
