1. About the product
Our store's products are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours. For custom-made products, the shipping time will be determined based on the communication with our customer service. It is quite normal for us to experience stock shortages due to our large supply volume. If the goods you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Due to the reasons of factory production batches, there may be some differences between the actual products and the pictures, but we guarantee that all products are genuine and error-free. If you later blame the seller for this reason, we apologize but we do not accept this as a reason for a return.
