  Sample production: We accept the production of various shapes of crystal crafts. You can consult us first, and we will tell you the material, craftsmanship, and application scope of the product, and meet your requirements. You can also provide photos, concepts or design drawings (CDR format is best), and we will design for you and confirm.

A:1 We generally have no restrictions on the quantity of orders, but very small quantities can lead to higher prices.

 In general, we charge a certain sample fee and the freight is collect. (The sample period is generally 2-5 days, excluding transportation time).

 3D Laser Products: 3D molding fee is 200-600 RMB (depending on the size of the product), (the customer owns the usage rights of the 3D pattern). If you have a large order quantity, this fee will be returned to you.

 In order to reduce the cost of large orders, some products require the production of molds, and we will charge an appropriate mold fee. It will also be refunded to you based on the size of your order.
 5 Sample Delivery: We will send out the samples as per your request, and the sample transportation costs will be borne by the purchasing party.

 Quality: Most of the crystal products are handmade, and minor size variations should be accepted.

 7 Transportation: We will transport your goods to the designated warehouse or port according to your requirements, and we guarantee the safety of the product packaging.

 Payment method: Wire transfer or bank transfer. Sample fee and express delivery fee will be charged after the payment is received. Production will begin once the payment is received.

The website images are only for reference and we can produce products based on your samples, submissions, and the styles you require. We can also customize personalized products according to your creative designs, specifications, colors, and materials.

Product Introduction

B:1 Our store is an enterprise brand shop, and the products are genuine and authentic. They are all made of crystal-grade materials, meticulously carved and polished, with pure craftsmanship.

 2. Most of our products come in large, medium, and small sizes. The default size in our store is small. Each style has different sizes, so please consult our customer service for specific measurements.

 3. All product prices include gift box packaging (except for custom-made boxes).

C: 1. We will offer free engraving of the company logo and text, regardless of the number, as long as it can fit on the trophy. The pricing for each trophy's color will depend on the difficulty of the color application. Normal color costs 1-2 yuan per trophy.

 2. The logo and text are charged at 10 yuan per piece when purchasing less than 5 trophies. A vector image is required, such as AI, CDR, or PSD. The pixel resolution of JPG or BMP images must not be lower than 500*500. For trophies that require a handwritten signature, use a pen with a thicker line, such as a fountain pen or marker.

Please send us the logo in the form of a scan or digital photo, and the fee is equal to the LOGO.

 The font is decided by the typesetter. If you require a standard font, you can ask for a change. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.

 Advertising companies and designers who are responsible for layout should pay attention to the following points:

 Font requirements: Small Song, Zhong Song, and all other fonts with the word "Song" cannot be engraved or sandblasted. (Excluding Song Heiti or fonts with a height of 15 mm or more).
  After any font is transformed into a curve, the smallest grid width or height must not be less than 3mm.

 The final draft of the document should be saved in the .cdr format, and the version can be stored as: CorelDRAW 9.0, 12, or 14.

 8-vector files must be transformed and grouped. Any content loss is not responsible.

 The content in the 9th layout must be in single color — black. If you need to fill in color, use arrows to mark it separately.
