Our delivery time is generally within 3 days after receiving the payment for goods, the bulk goods will depend on the situation.

Notes for export: Our products are also exported to the United States, The United Kingdom, Canada, Malaysia, Australia, Iran, Uzbekistan, Germany and so on. Because each country has its own consumption habits, it has different requirements for the production of curtains.

So a few points to note when placing an export order with us:

1) The width of more than 1.8 meters needs to be divided into 2 sets, (less than 1 square according to 1 square valuation)!

2) Return or exchange is not supported for customized products (non-quality issues)!

3) Customers who place orders and pay directly without communicating with customer service about the size will not deliver the goods!

4) The manufacturer will make the production and delivery according to the square number of the color taken by the auction as the default at random size, and the refund will not be allowed after the order is placed and paid!

5) Non-standard customized products are out of stock, delivery within 3 days after payment of less than 100 square meters!

6) Upon receipt of the goods, please be sure to unpack and inspect the goods in front of the Courier. If any damage is found, please reject the goods directly. Otherwise, it will be deemed as normal!

7) All products are ex-works, excluding freight. Please negotiate with customer service to place an order on freight!
