The difference between 502 and 101
After hardening, 101 is softer, and 502 is harder, so 101 is more suitable for adhesive bonding of rubber-like materials, while 502 is suitable for adhesive bonding of materials that are less likely to deform. When wrapping the cover of a slide or adhering soft materials such as twine, 101 is more suitable because it won't break due to the soft materials. Just a bit more, using 502 to adhere leathers like cowhide or sheepskin will immediately penetrate into the leather, making it hard and brittle, which is prone to breaking, whereas 101 is much better. Science education is complete, class is over for everyone!
