5. If the courier asks him to prove that it is not his unpacked bag, please help the courier. After all, people are also responsible for delivery. Even if there is a problem with the goods during transportation, don't embarrass the courier.
6. Please pay attention to the problems that may occur in the process of logistics transportation: the integrity of the outer packaging does not mean that the goods inside are complete, and does not mean that the goods inside are not damaged due to being trampled and squeezed, the integrity of the outer packaging does not mean that it is the original packaging when we deliver the goods. if there are special circumstances, and after negotiation between the two parties, it is determined that the goods need to be returned or exchanged:

4. We must receive the goods first before we can refund and exchange the goods;
5. If the return amount exceeds 200 yuan, an additional 10-20% handling fee will be charged.
