About the quality problem, return and exchange goods

 

1. If any quality problem is found within 15 days after receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the waybill), please contact the after-sales customer service immediately. It will not be accepted after the deadline. The package of the product in question must be kept intact (please bring your own package, do not paste or write directly on the box of the product). Accumulation of more than five kilograms of return, return of freight by our company. Please accumulatively return 5-10 kg by ordinary logistics. For the damaged goods in transportation, we consider it is very troublesome for the customer to directly seek compensation from the logistics company, so our company will take full responsibility, but we must propose and fill in the after-sales service form within 3 days after receiving the goods and register them. If the goods are not damaged in transit within 3 days after receiving the goods, the goods will be received in good condition by default.

 

5. In the case of sending goods not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right not to deal with the return and replacement of all goods, and the freight shall be borne by the customer, and the goods shall be returned directly to the customer.

 

6. The following conditions cannot be exchanged:

A. The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or relevant information is not complete;

 

B. Repair or refit without authorization;

 

C. Not used or stored in the normal way;
