1、平衡垫站立。单足站立于平衡垫或软垫上,保持身体稳定。进一步还可以将眼睛闭上,这样对于本体感受神经的刺激会更为强烈,会给核心稳定带来更多的挑战。 单腿蹲。单腿站立,屈髋向下蹲,膝盖不要超过脚尖,保证支撑脚全脚掌着地。再增加难度,可以站在平衡垫或软垫上完成下蹲动作。平衡垫平衡式。坐在平衡垫或软垫上,以尾骨支撑保持平衡。双手撑在身体后侧,腰腹肌肉收紧,慢慢抬起一条腿,再抬起另外一条腿,两手离开地面。腰背要伸直。保持平衡。双腿置于平衡球上的支撑练习。将两腿并拢置于平衡球上,两手撑地,手臂与身体成90度夹角;脊柱保持正常位置,与地面平行;控制身体不改变任何夹角;保持均匀的呼吸,不要憋气。进一步加强动作难度,可以采用单手支撑。
