I. Delivery:

1. Deliver the goods within 48 hours after placing the order and paying; (If there is any special reason for not timely delivery, we will contact the buyer to deal with it immediately. Thank you very much.)

2. Express delivery cooperation of our store: Shentong Zto, Huitong and Post (if express is designated, the freight will be increased). The freight is different in different regions, please contact customer service for details. If you need to send the logistics, please contact customer service to modify the freight, logistics freight is paid at the destination.

Ii. Regarding receipt of goods

Please carefully check around the box body when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken, the sealing tape is not complete, and there are obvious marks of being opened, please open the box and inspect the goods in person! If there is any missing goods or damaged goods, please do not take the goods away, where the freight station to contact us for negotiation; Otherwise, it shall be deemed to have accepted the goods without objection after signing for the goods.

Iii. Return and exchange

1. Return or exchange goods without quality problems;

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the goods will be damaged and damaged by the round-trip transportation of the returned products, and the refund will be 20% off the original price. We will not provide the service of return or exchange without quality problems after one month. If you can't, you can contact our customer service. 3. Cargo damage caused during transportation:

When receiving the goods, please be sure to open the boxes in front of the logistics or express personnel for inspection.
