Compared to other sealing machines, the hand-pressed sealing machine is not only small in size and easy to carry, but also simpler to use. When operating the hand-pressed sealing machine, there is no need for a power switch; simply insert the AC power cord into a socket, adjust the heating time based on the thickness of the material to be sealed, place the plastic bag on the sealing surface, and press the handle—the circuit will automatically control the heating time.
When the indicator light of the seal machine turns off, the power is automatically turned off. After approximately 1–2 seconds, release the handle, and sealing is complete. A too short heating time may result in poor sealing. You can rotate the knob of the seal machine clockwise to extend the heating time.
If damage appears at the sealing point during sealing, it is generally due to an excessive heating time. In this case, simply rotate the knob in the counter-clockwise direction to shorten the heating time. If the plastic bag sticks to the rubber plate, it indicates insufficient cooling time, and the cooling time after the indicator light goes off must be extended. Please release the handle a little later.
After the heating time is adjusted, it should remain unchanged during use. No further adjustments are required for continuous operation. This device can always be connected to a power outlet using an AC power cord; no power is consumed when not sealed. It has a typing function; if typing is not needed, simply reverse the position of the rubber pressure plate.
If the gasket under the electric heating tape is damaged, it will cause a short circuit and damage the heating tape. Therefore, when replacing the electric heating tape, the condition of the gasket should be checked. If it is damaged, a new one must be used. When it is necessary to replace the heating tape, one should select one with the same specifications as the original, and after long-term use, check the adhesive pressure plate.
