1. All products of this factory are made from crystal K9 materials of the first grade from Jiangsu. They are meticulously carved and polished, with authentic craftsmanship.
2. Most products come in large, medium, and small sizes, and the dimensions of each style vary. Please ask the customer service for details.
3. The product price includes gift box packaging, and engraving is calculated separately.

1. Note that characters and logos are different. If you can fit them all, I will carve 100 of them for you. If there are too many characters, they will be very small.
2. For trophies purchased in quantities of less than 5, there is a charge of 5 RMB per trophy, and vector images in formats such as AI, CDR, or PSD are required. The pixel resolution of images in formats such as JPG or BMP must not be lower than 500*500. If you need to have a signature made, please write it on a pure white and clean printing paper with a thick-lined pen such as an artistic fountain pen or a marker, and send us the scanned copy or digital photos. The charge is equal to the cost of the logo.
3. The font is decided by the typesetter. If you require a standard font, you can ask for a change. For special or unusual fonts, please provide the font installation package yourself.
4. Please note the following points for those in the advertising industry and design personnel who are responsible for self-layout:
4-1、Font Requirements: Small Song, Middle Song, and all fonts with the character "Song" cannot be engraved.
4-2、After any font is transformed into a curve, the width or height of the small grid must not be less than 1mm.
4-3, all final documents should be saved in .cdr format. The storage version is: coreldraw 9.0
4-4, the file must be converted to curves and grouped. Any content loss will not be responsible for.
4-5、Content in the layout must be in single color - black. If color filling is required, use arrows to mark it separately.

        ① We have no restrictions on the quantity of orders in principle, but low production quantities will lead to higher prices.
        The price of custom-made products is determined based on product specifications, model, color, quality requirements, and packaging.
        ③ Please discuss the specific quantity with our contact person.
        Delivery deadline: The length of time for delivery depends on different products, different order quantities, and the sales season. (For small quantities, the delivery time will be determined separately). Typically, products are delivered within (7-15) days; non-standard products or custom products are generally delivered within (15-35) days after receiving the deposit or confirming the sample.
        ⑤ Deposit Payment: A deposit is required for custom-made products. If the ordered goods are not picked up more than 40 days after the delivery date, the company has the right to deal with the products.
        ⑥ Transportation Method: We will transport the goods to the designated warehouse or port according to your requirements; you can also purchase insurance for the goods yourself or require us to do prepaid insurance before the freight.
