【Purchasing Terms】:
For any questions or issues regarding the purchase of any of our products, please feel free to contact us immediately. We will resolve your problem promptly and provide you with a satisfactory response.
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if there are any quality issues with the products, please contact us to handle the return or exchange process; we will not accept any claims after this period, and any false or exaggerated claims will not be accepted once verified.
2. If the color or style of the product specified by the customer cannot be fully met, we will communicate with you in time to make a color exchange or a stock shortage handling;
3. If the buyer is dissatisfied or finds the product difficult to sell for reasons other than actual quality issues, this will not be considered a reason for a return or exchange. Please be cautious when placing orders, and we will not be responsible for any inventory overstock.
4. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear any responsibility.
5. Customers who need to return or exchange products are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, complete accessories, or related documents, ensuring that it does not affect the secondary sale of the product. If the returned product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related documents are not complete; unauthorized repair or modification; use or storage in an abnormal manner; beyond the product warranty period; if the returned product is labeled, falsification, we will not assume the responsibility for exchange or return;
6. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. We refuse to accept any express delivery, urgent delivery, or high-cost courier services with a collect payment. The cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return.
