Shipping instructions

Charge Standard

After-sales service
1. In principle, we do not accept returns. We cannot accept the situation of sending it together when the next shipment is made. The freight will be paid by the customer! The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc., and is not used as a reason for return.
3. Our toys are cheap and good value for money. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods.
