Reminder:

1. Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete, and keep your phone line open before receiving the goods. This will enable the delivery personnel to contact you in time for delivery, to avoid any delays in receiving the goods.

2. Due to the incomplete address you provided, or because the phone was not suspended or turned off, the parcel was not delivered in time. Please contact the logistics company to collect the parcel. The shipping fee for returning the parcel to the shipping address due to non-delivery will be borne by you personally.

3. Express delivery: STO Express and Best Express (please be cautious when purchasing if the delivery address is not covered).

Express Delivery:

Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed, and they will be delivered within 3-5 days (excluding legal public holidays).

Return and Exchange Process:

If there are any quality issues or mistakes in the product, you can contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the goods to apply for a return or exchange service. Once the seller confirms that the conditions are met, the return or exchange process can be operated according to the procedure.

Step 1: Please contact the seller on Alipay first to confirm whether the return and exchange conditions are met (it is recommended that you take a photo of the received goods for your records).
Step 2: Return the goods and keep the delivery receipt. The postage must be paid by the buyer in advance (the seller refuses to accept the freight collect items).

In order to ensure the smooth processing of your return/exchange, please ensure that the order number and contact information are included with the parcel.

Return and Exchange Fee Policy:

If the problem is due to a quality issue or a mistake in the shipment, the postage will be borne by the seller, and the buyer must advance the postage (the seller will not accept postage-collect items).

The seller will inspect the goods within 2 working days after receiving them and will handle the return, exchange, and postage issues.
