The second is color difference: quality, color purity, color difference is small; poor quality, color is not correct, color difference is large. The third is specification: quality, thickness and diameter are consistent; poor quality, thickness is uneven, diameter is large and small. 3、Molding
Molding is the key to hot transfer, and the success of the design depends on the mold. There are two methods for molding: one is mechanical drilling machine molding, which has the disadvantage of being able to mold only circular drilling plates and the accuracy of the mold depends on the experience of the mold maker. The other is computer laser molding (computer engraving machine and laser machine), which can be made according to the pattern, without any error, but the cost is higher.
4. Processing
Processing is divided into rough processing and fine processing, both of which are completed by hand. 5. Packaging

7. Folding Method
There are various methods of heat transfer, including steam heating, heating machine, laser heating, and ironing with an iron. Generally, the success of heat transfer mainly depends on the organic combination of temperature, time, and pressure. The melting point of the heat transfer sheet (octagonal sheet or flat sheet) is 140°C, so the temperature must reach 140°C to successfully heat transfer. Domestic heat transfer drill temperatures are generally around 140°C, while imported drill temperatures require higher temperatures, usually between 160°C and 200°C. Small-diameter drills have lower temperatures, while larger-diameter drills have higher temperatures. If the heat transfer is unsuccessful, it is because the temperature is too low, and it must be increased to successfully heat transfer. If the glue is too hot, it is because the temperature is too high, and it must be lowered. The temperature should be adjusted according to the specific situation. For thin materials such as silk, the time should generally be between 10 seconds and 15 seconds. In general, from the heat transfer paper surface, thin materials can also be heated from the fabric surface (the heat transfer sheet is not suitable for heating from the fabric surface). The temperature of thin materials should be lower, while the temperature of thick materials such as knitted fabrics should be higher. The time should generally be between 15 seconds.It is best to use for 20 seconds. The pressure should be between 1050PCM. Flat clothes are easier to iron, while clothes with different thicknesses and different sized stones need to use elastic padding, with slightly greater pressure to iron well. The most important thing to note is that when using steam to iron colored domestic octagonal stones and flat stones on white clothes, it is easy to stain the white clothes, so you need to use other ironing methods. Because except for the white and yellow domestic ironing plates that do not fade, other color plates fade, but it is not noticeable on colored clothes. The imported stones are more stable and do not fade. For ironing patterns on printed fabrics, the design of the pattern should leave small holes at the stone position to iron well, otherwise the stone is easy to fall off.
8. Inspection and Acceptance
Inspect before heating and accept after heating. All the hot fixation pieces (including imported ones) made into hot fixation patterns may have color differences, damage, lack of glue, misaligned pieces, or even missing pieces in the pattern, so they must be checked and corrected before heating to be applied to the fabric. After heating, there is a second acceptance: First, check if the hot fixation is complete. If there are multiple pieces that are not heated well, increase the temperature, extend the heating time, and increase the pressure to re-heat. If there are individual pieces that are not heated well, replace the piece with a clamp, heat it over the flame or in the heating machine to melt the glue, and then directly place it on the fabric and press it down. Second, after heating, use moderate force to scratch the hot fixation with your fingers. If it does not come off, the hot fixation is considered complete. If it comes off, it means it is not heated well, and it should be reworked.
