Types of plastic buttons

• Step 1: The client provides samples; images are also provided to confirm whether they meet the requirements and if they can be produced. Regarding prices: the product images and prices on the website are for reference only; the actual price is based on the client’s material specifications, size requirements, and quantity demands.

• Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our warehouse and factory. If there is stock available, we will ship immediately once the payment is received.

  Step 3: There are no in-stock items; it is a custom-made product. After confirming the price, the customer must pay a 30% deposit or the full amount to arrange production. Alipay guarantee transaction is also an option.

  Step 4: If the customer requires a sample, we must provide a pre-production sample and charge a certain percentage of a sample fee. After obtaining the customer’s approval, we will proceed with manufacturing the bulk order.

  Step 5: Arrange the project timeline properly. Notify the customer once the goods are ready. If the customer needs to confirm the samples again, we can provide them again.

  Step 6: 70% balance can be paid via Alipay or bank transfer.

  Step 7: After the goods are dispatched, we will promptly notify the customer, either via SMS with the tracking number or contact details such as the pick-up phone number.
