About Shipping
Shipping is supported by both courier and logistics methods. If the goods are returned due to buyer's reasons (e.g., incorrect information, unreachable addresses, uncontactable), the costs will be borne by the buyer.
1. Express delivery: Default to Yunda Express. Please confirm with customer service whether the express can be delivered to your area before placing an order. (If you need to specify the express, please negotiate with customer service first). Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the transfer fees caused by this.
2. Logistics: For a shipment of one or more boxes, it is recommended to use freight shipping. Freight shipping fees are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods must be picked up at the freight shipping station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the buyer, or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: We can only estimate the freight costs for the buyer, and the actual shipping costs are based on the amount at the time of pickup.)
About Receiving Goods
1. Express delivery: Please make sure to sign for the parcel in person and inspect it. If you find any missing, incorrect delivery, or damage, please contact us immediately. If there are any problems, please do not sign for it. We will solve the problem for you in time. After signing, according to the new regulations of Ali, the risk has been transferred to the buyer, and our company is no longer responsible for compensation. Please understand and forgive.
2. Logistics: When buyers pick up their goods, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the seal and count to check, if you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the compensation problem. If you cannot solve it, please do not take the goods first, contact us for consultation, otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accept the goods.
3. Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company. However, we will make every effort to assist the buyer to solve this problem. Our company will use better cardboard boxes, add cushioning, and stack tightly to avoid damage.
