★On the delivery

1. Express delivery: Yunda Express is the default. Please confirm with the customer service personnel whether the Express can be delivered to your region before ordering the goods. (if you need to specify the Express, please consult with the customer service first) otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the transfer fee.
2. Logistics: freight is recommended for a box or more of goods. Freight is generally paid on arrival, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station. Delivery logistics can be provided by buyers themselves, or we can choose a more suitable one for you! (Note: We can only estimate the freight of the goods for the buyer. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount when the goods are picked up.)

★Relating to the receipt of the goods

1. Express delivery: Please sign for and check the package face to face. If any missing, wrong delivery or damage is found, please contact us immediately. If there is any problem, please do not sign for it. We will solve the problem for you in time. After signing, according to Alibaba's new regulations, the risk has been transferred to the buyer, and our company is no longer responsible for compensation. Please understand.
2. Logistics: when the buyer picks up the goods by himself, please check the goods carefully in front of the personnel of the logistics and freight company. If the outer box is found to be seriously deformed, damaged, and the sealing packing belt is broken and defective, the sealing tape is incomplete and there are obvious signs of being unpacked. Please unpack it face to face and check it. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation problem on the spot, if it cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods first and contact us for negotiation. Otherwise, the goods will be deemed to be accepted without objection after signing.

3. Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company. However, our company will make every effort to help buyers solve this problem. We will adopt better carton packaging, cushion cushion, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of damage incidents.
