1. About shipping
We will arrange the stocking as soon as possible after your payment is successful. Generally, orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped the same day, with the exception of custom orders, which will be notified separately for special promotions, holidays, and other special circumstances.
2. About Logistics
Our company defaults to sending small items by Huitong Express and large items by Shentong Express. Please do not specify without special reasons! If you need to send a large quantity of goods, please contact our online customer service for consultation.
3. About the receipt of goods
All goods are delivered to you by courier or logistics. Please open the package upon receipt to inspect the goods and count the quantity. If there are any issues, please contact our online customer service on Alipay or call our telephone number 0579-85860855. If you sign for the goods without inspection and later discover damage or a mismatch in quantity, you will be responsible for it.
4. Support 15-day exchange (except for custom-made items), and no return will be accepted for any reason other than quality issues.
We commit to providing an exchange once within 15 days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the product within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided that it does not affect the second-hand sales, we support an exchange once. The round-trip shipping costs for the exchange of goods shall be borne by the buyer, and the exchange service does not support the exchange of products at the original price for the price of promotional products or the exchange of higher prices for lower prices (for example: if you purchase an amount of 500 yuan and exchange for an amount of 400 yuan, we will not refund the difference, and the exchange amount cannot exceed the original purchase amount).
The exchange process is as follows:
First, please write the product name/size/color/quantity of the exchange product and your contact information on a small piece of paper and put it in the express package to send back, so that we can process the after-sales service for you faster.
Secondly, inform the customer service about the details of the exchange.
Thirdly, contact the courier to send the item back to us (make sure to fill in the purchaser's information, including mobile number, etc.), and keep the courier's receipt.

5. The following circumstances do not allow for exchange
a. Due to personal intentional damage to the goods.
b. Used goods.
c. Customers sign for the package without checking the damage immediately upon receipt.
d. Gifts are not covered by the after-sales service scope.
6. About color difference
Due to the problem of lighting for photography and different displays, our art team has tried their best to ensure that the colors match the actual items as much as possible. However, there may still be some color difference issues. This is an unavoidable issue in the e-commerce industry, so buyers cannot use color differences as a reason to request returns or exchanges.
