










To reduce issues that may arise during the purchase process, please read carefully before placing your order. After you submit the order, we assume you have read and agreed to the following terms.
1. Regarding shipping
We will arrange the production as soon as your payment is confirmed. Generally, orders placed before 5 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day, within no more than 48 hours. Custom orders are an exception; special circumstances such as promotions and holidays will be notified separately.
2. Regarding Logistics
By default, our company uses Huitong Express for small items and Shentong Express for large items. Please do not specify otherwise unless there are special reasons! For large orders via logistics services, please contact online customer service for assistance.
3. Regarding Goods Receipt
All goods are delivered to you via express delivery or logistics services. Please open the package on site and inspect and count the items when signing for them. If any issues arise, contact the online customer service via Wangwang or call our contact number 0579-8 8 8 6 0 8 5 5. If you sign for the goods without inspecting them, and any damage or incorrect quantity is discovered, you will be responsible for it.
4. 15-day return policy is available (except for custom items); returns are not accepted under any circumstances due to quality issues
We promise that we can offer one exchange within 15 days. If you are not satisfied within 15 days from the date of receipt, we support one exchange without affecting resale, provided it does not impact second sales. The return shipping costs for the replacement item shall be borne by the buyer. The exchange service does not allow exchanging items at the original price for items at a promotional price, or higher prices for lower ones (for example, if you purchase for 500 yuan and exchange for 400 yuan, we will not refund the difference; the exchanged amount cannot exceed the original purchase amount).
The replacement process is as follows:
First, please write the name/size/color/quantity of the replacement product, along with your contact information on a small note and place it inside the package to send back, so we can process the after-sales service for you more quickly.
Second, notify customer service with the details of the replacement order.
Thirdly, contact the courier to ship it back to us (fill in the buyer's information, phone number, etc.), and keep the delivery receipt.
Returns Instructions:
A, if there are complimentary gifts included in the purchase, they need to be returned together.
B, the warehouse refuses to accept payment upon delivery and SFW.
C. For quality issues and exchange requests, you need to pay the shipping fee upfront. After receiving the goods, we will verify the quality. If it is indeed a problem, we will reimburse the paid shipping fee. (The paid shipping fee can be refunded via Alipay transfer)
5. No replacement is provided in the following cases
a. Intentional damage to goods due to personal negligence.
b. Goods that have been used.
c. The customer signed for the package without promptly checking for damage before acceptance.
d. The gift items are not covered by after-sales service.
6. Regarding color deviation
Due to lighting issues during photography and differences in monitors, our designers have tried their best to match the actual colors, but some slight color variation may still occur. This is unavoidable in the e-commerce industry; therefore, buyers should not request returns or exchanges based on color differences.
7. Regarding Customer Service
Due to the high volume of customer inquiries, the customer service cannot respond promptly. Please leave a message on Wangwang; we will reply to you as soon as possible, or you can also make your purchase independently. If there is any inconvenience, we apologize for any trouble!
