Buyer Instructions

Regarding returns and exchanges

Since the curtains are custom-made products, they are tailored according to your measurements. Free returns and exchanges will not be provided if it is not a quality issue!

According to relevant regulations, customized products do not allow 7-day no-questions-asked returns or exchanges. Since secondary sales cannot be conducted, please make sure you have accurately determined the dimensions of your window. If any issues arise due to the buyer’s measurement errors, misreporting, or other personal reasons, we will not provide free returns or exchanges! Also, please do not leave a negative review based on this issue. Thank you!

Regarding delivery acceptance

Please open the package, inspect the goods, and sign for receipt first. If there are any damages, please reject the package. Once signed for, it is considered acceptance of the product. For any damage caused by shipping pressure or deformation after signing for receipt, our store will handle it as appropriate.

Regarding after-sales service

After receipt, if you notice any damage or installation issues with the curtains, our store will take care of everything. Please contact our online customer service team at any time, and our professional team will serve you wholeheartedly!
