Construction method and principle
1. First drill with electric drill, then use earring fixed tile, the aperture is 2mm larger than earring screw rod

5. When two tiles are overlapping, the longitudinal pressure is 10cm, and the horizontal pressure is one tile wave.

Construction method
(1). Lap
Wave tile series lap two tile waves, roof tile, wall board, disassembly-free, ceiling series are lap one tile wave; Length lap joint (longitudinal lap joint) cannot be less than 100mm.
(2) fixed
Roof Tile, wall board, disassembly-free and ceiling series can be fixed by professional hooks provided by our company, or fixed by self-tapping screw.
Wave tile series must be fixed with professional hooks provided by our company, and wooden purlins are not allowed to be fixed with special wooden nails provided by our company.
Two sets of accessories should be installed evenly for each purlin and tile, and the accessories must be fixed on the crest.
At the longitudinal edge of the tile, no crest should be fixed on purlin with accessories, and auxiliary reinforcement measures are needed in windy areas.
When the wall board is installed, it needs to be fixed with more than two pull rivets between each two purlins at the lap of the two wall boards.
When installing tile hook, special rubber pad should be used under the tile. When the nut is loose, it should not be too tight.
When installing backing roof, both sides of the tile and ridge tile should be installed at the same time.
(3) use wafer fine tooth saw when cutting tile
