1. Cooperation Method:

1. Inbound Processing: Customers provide raw materials, flower papers, packaging materials, etc. The factory is responsible for processing, shaping, polishing, and packaging. The mold can be developed by the factory, existing, or provided by the customer.

2. Sample processing: The customer provides a sample, and the factory draws (out) the diagram, develops the mold, develops the flower paper, makes a sample, processes the production, and completes the shipment of the finished product according to the requirements of the guest sample.

3. Drawing Processing: The customer provides design drawings, and after the factory confirms the mold drawing, the molding, sample production, processing production, and finished product shipment will begin.

4. OEM: Use the existing molds at the factory, apply the customer's required pattern to the product surface, and the process can be either heat transfer or silk screen printing; the bottom can be engraved with the customer's logo; the raw material color can also be customized according to the customer's requirements.

5. ODM: The customer provides requirements, designs the drawings according to the customer's requirements, confirms the mold opening or the development of the paper, makes samples, processes the production, and completes the shipment of the finished products.

 

2. Cost Explanation:

1. The specific processing fee or product price is based on the actual product quotation.

Mold Fee: For ordinary melamine plates, bowls, and trays, the estimated mold fee is about 2500-3500 yuan.

Fork and spoon, ashtrays, cups, and other polyoxymethylene (POM) tableware, the mold fee is estimated to be around: RMB 4000-5000.

Special products, functional accessories, and special categories of products, mold costs are quoted based on actual products or drawings.

Flower paper version fee: RMB 200 per color, with a maximum of no more than 8 colors

 

Three. Development Time:

Flower paper prototype: 6-8 days

Factory Commitment:

1. Sign a contract with the customer and strictly follow their requirements.

2. Before the molding, printing, and production, it must be confirmed by the client.
