After becoming a distributor of our company, the first time you order can be based on the minimum order quantity specified by the company or based on the mixed batch conditions for mixed batches.

The company follows the principle of low profit and high volume, and the product is not negotiable. The link price is the single price excluding tax.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay for payment.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Despite our precautions, it is impossible to avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all our products, but due to the high popularity of our car models, role-playing sets, and planes, as well as the large volume of both export and domestic orders, there is a possibility that some products may not be available after an order is placed. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. If there is inventory available, we will try to ship the same day, and for those that are out of stock, we will have them ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us for any inconvenience caused. If you need to place a large order, the delivery schedule and payment terms need to be determined after negotiation with our customer service.

Our company's default shipping method is China Post, and for areas where China Post does not deliver, we use the China Post Small Packet Plus service. If you need another shipping method, please contact our customer service.

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in front of the courier, and after confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once the signature is received, the store will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that occur after others sign, so please make sure to sign personally!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Issue 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection. Solution: Make sure to hold on to the delivery receipt until you have completed the inspection, then return it to the courier. Issue 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing items. Solution: Just remember the courier's phone number and name.

Unconditional Return Policy: Our company offers a 15-day unconditional return and exchange service. In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the product packaging is intact, has not been used, and the product is undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged for the product.) The shipping cost for the unconditional return or exchange is borne by the buyer.

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or they feel that the materials are not of high quality, or that the products do not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our images are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

Return and Exchange Policy: For a refund, the product must have a quality issue that results in the loss of its intended function. We will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Toys are consumable items and minor scratches and minor issues are to be expected. Minor scratches and paint chipping are considered normal and are not considered quality issues. If the buyer wishes to return the item, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only after passing the inspection will they be shipped. However, due to various uncertain factors, the functionality of the products may be lost.

Product Images: All product images are taken from actual products, which can truly reflect the actual appearance of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging methods of the products and packaging. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.

Other: Although we offer high-quality toys, we kindly ask perfectionists or those with strict product standards to gracefully turn around and find another path. Shipping is handled by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated shipping times we provide are for reference only and are not part of the contract. They also do not serve as grounds for returns.
